INFORMACJE OGÓLNE O MODELU SC400K

SC400K

SC400K jest drugim najmniejszym dźwigiem w rodzinie lekkich dźwigów przemysłowych Scanclimber. Dzięki udźwigowi 400 kg i prędkości podnoszenia od 36 do 60 m/min, dźwig zapewnia szybki i wygodny sposób przenoszenia mniejszych ładunków — osób i towarów — w pionie, w wymagających warunkach, takich jak mosty, porty, kopalnie, silosy, elektrownie i stocznie.

System modułowy pozwala na wybór dźwigu o wymaganej konfiguracji oraz specjalnych cechach i właściwościach. Dostępna jest szeroka różnorodność drzwi przystankowych i systemów kotwienia masztów. Konstrukcja i materiały, z których zbudowany jest dźwig, są odporne na zmiany warunków atmosferycznych i opóźniają wpływ substancji korozyjnych. Dźwig może być zainstalowany zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na zewnątrz.

Maszt można dobrać w zależności od miejsca potrzebnego do montażu dźwigu. Szczególne warunki mogą wymagać bardzo małej powierzchni zajmowanej przez dźwig. Wówczas można zastosować wąskie dwu- lub czteroczęściowe maszty.

    SC400K Lift
    The lift is a functional complex and consists of the following main components:
    - ground station
    - lift car
    - lifting mechanism
    - mast and landings
  • SC400K Drive Unit
    SC400K Drive Unit
    The lift’s lifting mechanism consists of one bevel gear, an electric motor and an electromagnetic brake. The motor brake has a hand lever, which in case of an emergency can be used for opening the motor brake to lower the lift car to the ground station or the next landing for safe exit from the car. The lifting mechanism is placed on the car roof.

    The landing doors (1) are two-leafed doors opening in the middle towards the landing. The door is equipped with a locking device (2), which allows the door opening only when the lift car is by the landing doors.
    The landing door is opened manually. The landing doors and the locking device are controlled with limit switches. By the landing doors, there also is a push button box for calling the car to the landing.
    Below the landing door threshold, there is a door opening wide and 750 mm high kick plate (3).

  • SC400K Safety Brake
    SC400K Safety Brake
    During emergency situations the safety brake stops the lift’s downward movement if the lift’s speed becomes faster than the release speed of the safety brake which is 0.9 m/s.
  • SC400K Door opening/Locking System
    SC400K Door opening/Locking System
    The door is equipped with a locking device, which allows the door opening only when the car is at the ground station or by the landing door. The door is opened manually. The door and the locking device are controlled with limit switches.
  • SC400K Lift Shaft
    SC400K Lift Shaft
    The lift ground station and the frame built under the mast are installed on a steel/ construction foundation. The shaft/ well under the lift is about 1500 mm deep. At the ground station, on the frame under the mast, there are 3 safety buffers which limit the lift car’s downward movement. The safety buffers prevent in all cases the descent of the lift car onto the well bottom and leave a necessary space under the car.

    The lift is equipped with a load control device, which prevents starting of the lift if the lift is overloaded. The load control device consists of two sensors connected to an electronic control card.

    SC400K Mast
    The mast consists of mast sections with a length of 1508 mm. The mast sections are joined to each other with four M20 – 10.9 bolts and Nyloc nuts. The mast is fastened from the bottom to the ground station frame structure and to the steel/ construction foundation under the lift. In addition to that, the mast is fastened to the wall structures. The anchor interval of the mast is about 3 m.

    The door is equipped with a locking device (2), which allows the door opening only when the car is at the ground station or by the landing door.
    Below the landing door threshold, there is a door opening wide and a 750 mm high kick plate (3). On the car roof there is a 400 x 600 mm sized roof gate (4), through which there is access to the car roof. On the roof, there are 1100 mm high safety railings (5) with an intermediate bar and a 150 mm high kick plate (6).
