Digital Twin Synchro Drive System
The Digital Twin Synchro Drive system is designed to synchronize two single mas climbing work platform (MCWP) units when they are connected to form a twin MCWP unit, enhancing both the working area and the lifting capacity.
This system includes a twin leveling box equipped with a tilt device that ensures both platforms operate in harmony. The tilt device is programmed with specific limits to maintain safety and efficiency: it will halt the faster-moving platform if the middle platform deviates by 1.5° from level and will stop both platforms if the deviation reaches 3°. This feature ensures precise alignment and stable operation, essential for safe and effective use of the connected mast units.
