Glide Rail cannot be used with a Free-Standing mast climbing work platform.

The Glide Rail is a specialized add-on designed for Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWPs) that significantly enhances the handling and delivery of facade elements like glass or concrete panels to any height.

This system features a frame that mounts directly to the mast, positioned above the MCWP’s lifting frame. It allows for the precise lifting and secure locking of the glide rail at the desired height or position on the mast.

Once securely in place, the MCWP can move freely, maximizing its load capacity. Equipped with a lifting device, such as a chain hoist or wire rope hoist, the Glide Rail system facilitates the easy movement of materials along its length.

This capability ensures efficient lifting and transporting of materials directly from the platform to the facade, streamlining the construction process and enhancing productivity on site.

Glide Rail is compatible with all Scanclimber models, including the SC4000, SC5000, SC6000, SC8000, and SC10000.
