Scanclimber Hoist in Factory Automation

Blue Horizon is a 70 meter high building in Frankfurt which was under complete renovation. With its vicinity right in the heart of Frankfurt there was need of a solution which delivers the project in time with less noise levels in the neighbourhood during the project. For this purpose 2.8 meter high noise cancellation panels were used with Scanclimber by Tractel MCWPs which proved best for this project.

Vakka-Suomen Rappauspalvelu fastened the thick insulation elements and several layers of net to the walls with the help of mast climbers. Facade plastering and colouring was made by using mast climbers too. A total of 15 mast climbers were used for the whole process.

Two free standing SC5000 mast climbers were used for bricklaying when building new sheltered housing complex for senior citizens in Finland.

A demanding mast climber solution was required on the 150-meter-tall zig-zag form buildings in Kuala Lumpur. Sliding decks of almost four meters made facade works possible.
